Parks and AFRC Rentals are now available to reserve online! 

• Online rental requests must be made 14 days prior to the desired date and will require staff approval. 
• Payment (including tax) will be due once the rental is approved by staff and must be made at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. 
• Once payment (including tax) is received, the rental permit will be emailed to you. 
• In-person rental requests must be made 7 days prior to the desired date and payment is required at checkout. 
• Electricity or power poles can be added up to at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. 
• Cancellations/transfers must be made in person or in writing at least 7 days prior to the reservation date. 
• Reservations/payments via phone will no longer be accepted. Payments must be online or in person at the Alamogordo Family Recreation Center, 1100 Oregon Ave.

Alamogordo has a well-established park system available for daily public use. For those that wish to hold an event or activity within the park system or at the Alamogordo Family Recreation Center (AFRC), there are designated facilities and areas that may be reserved for a fee.  

All Parks & Recreation rentals for private events are processed at the AFRC, 1100 Oregon Ave. All rentals for public events must be processed at the Civic Center, 800 E. First Street, 575-439-4159.
