Aqua Fitness Sessions

Group Fitness Sessions (Instructor Led)

  •  Aquacize with Lola - 18 yrs & Up (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 
    • Tue/Thu:  10:00 - 11:00 am - Deep End Class 
      (water depth for class is 7-9 feet deep - participants should be comfortable in water and able to float on their own if needed)
  • Teen Swim Stroke Development & Fitness -  12 yrs - 17 yrs - 2 people per lane 
    (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 
    • Fri:  11:30am - 12:15pm - 7/16 thru 7/30
      (participants should be able to swim 15 yards of rudimentary front crawl/freestyle and back crawl)

Lap Swim & Aqua Walk Sessions (Independent Fitness)

  • Lap Swim -  18 yrs & Up - 2 people per lane 
    (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:45 - 8:15am - starting 7/12
    • Tue/Wed/Thu:  11:15am - 12:30pm
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  5:30 - 7:00pm - starting 7/12 
  • Aqua Walk -  18 yrs & Up  
    (schedule may vary based on staff availability)  
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  6:45 - 8:15am - starting 7/12 
    • Tue/Wed/Thu:  11:45am - 1pm
    • Mon/Wed/Fri:  5:30 - 7:00pm - starting 7/12
  • Teen Lap Swim -  12 yrs - 17 yrs - 2 people per lane 
    (schedule may vary based on staff availability) 
    • Wed/Fri:  2:30 - 3:30pm - starting 7/14 thru 8/4
