Registration for Turkey Week Online & In-house

Required Registration Forms

If your child has not attended any week of Camp Cottonwood or After School Frenzy with us, then each child will need the following information filled out and turned into us prior to the start date of the program:

• Youth Program Participant Registration Form
• AFRC Emergency Contact & Child Sign Out List
• Participant Health/Special Needs Information
• Youth Medication Administration Request Form (if needed)

Children are only enrolled for weeks that are fully paid for at time of registration. 

Program Information

Send your little turkeys to a fun day 3-day camp during the Fall/Thanksgiving break! Campers will enjoy games, arts and crafts, field trips, and outdoor activities (weather permitting). An afternoon snack is provided but kids must bring their own lunches.

• Time: 7:45am-5:30pm

Registration continues until full; payment is due at time of registration. A turned in registration from alone does not guarantee enrollment. Spots are NOT held for unpaid weeks.
