- Solid Waste
The Solid Waste divisions operate the Otero-Greentree Regional Landfill, and the Convenience Center Transfer Station. These divisions integrate various programs and services to manage the City of Alamogordo's garbage. The divisions handle refuse, recyclables, and yard waste for residential and commercial companies. The Solid Waste Divisions also provide household hazardous waste disposal for residential customers at the Convenience Center Transfer Station.
