You are required to have an annual business registration if you reside within the city limits of Alamogordo. Or you can call the City Clerk's office at 575-439-4100 for assistance and further information. You are not required to have insurance for your booth for city events.
You are required to have a Food Vendor Permit (PDF) through the City Clerk’s Office and any required insurance for your food carts through the NM Environmental Department. Register and Pay:
All vendors must register and pay for their booth through the special events portal to vend at any of our special events. If you do not make your payment online you can go to the Civic Center between 8 am and noon to pay for your booth. The Civic Center is located at 800 E First Street in Alamogordo. The Civic Center phone number is 575-439-4159.
The Special Events department does not accept cash payments. For 4th Friday events, the deadline to register and pay to be a vendor at an event is the prior Wednesday. Please do not show up to the event if you have not complied with these instructions. You will be turned away. Thank you for your cooperation.
