Desert Light Film Festival & Competition
The Desert Light Film Festival (DLFF) held its final statewide event on Friday, April 28 2023. Over the last 20 years DLFF provided competition, cash prizes, and educational seminars to students who participated in the events. The DLFF organization was funded by the Otero County Economic Development Council, which has been dissolved. The DLFF staff and volunteers are thankful to the community and the Otero County Economic Development Council for 20 years of support.
